On Friday I met with Alyson from GF Smith who was fantastic...she gave me some really brilliant advice and a stack of samples which have made me a lot surer on my paper selection - the initial samples i had been using to make stock decisions were about 2x2cm and difficult to get a good idea of their quality. Alyson gave me a very helpful book of paper which has lead me to choose Colorplan in a range of 5 weights - from 175gsm to 700gsm. I will also be including two coated stocks, a gloss and a matt Colorlux.
I am now getting together the list of sizes/quantities i need so she can send them to me this week ready for printing on the following week. Designs will be done this week.
